Update: Continuity of Government Training Mission
Via: The Warzone:
The crew of a U.S. Army UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter involved in a mid-air collision over the Potomac River last night were training for what is known as a continuity of government mission. In the event of a major attack or other especially serious crisis, Army helicopters would be among the assets tasked with spiriting senior U.S. officials and lawmakers safely out of Washington, D.C. at a moment’s notice so that critical aspects of the country’s government continue to function.

Nothing makes sense here. How did the Blackhawk pilot not see the jet with its landing lights on?

Via: Fox:
A massive search and rescue effort is underway after an Army Black Hawk helicopter collided midair with an American Airlines jet at Reagan National Airport in Arlington, Virginia on Wednesday evening.
According to the Federal Aviation Administration, a PSA Airlines Bombardier CRJ700 regional jet collided in midair with a Sikorsky H-60 helicopter while on approach to Runway 33 at Reagan National Airport around 9 p.m. local time.
“helicopter collided midair” or helicopter ran into? Equipment failure? Pilot error? Remote control?
Maybe the Blackhawk pilot did see the jet and was aiming for it? Also, Continuity of Gov training mission? Is US repatriating gold with delays in London? What’s going down?
“Maybe the Blackhawk pilot did see the jet and was aiming for it?”
Watch the ADS-B playback. The helicopter is headed right at the jet for minutes and slewed to the west, twice, to maintain the collision course.
Also, for how long would the cockpit of the Blackhawk have been lit up like daylight from the landing lights of the jet? Seconds?
All of that said, if it was intentional, why did the Blackhawk pilot maintain squawk and leave the lights on?
Questions, questions.
This pilot thinks the Blackhawk pilot was looking at the next plane back in the stack (American Airlines AAL3130) and thinking that was what he needed separation from.

I added AAL3130 to the playback.

AAL3130 is at least two or three miles behind.
I don’t know why we can’t see AAL3130’s landing lights in the video.
MSM is saying they haven’t identified all passengers – as if tickets and seat assignments don’t exist. It also bothers me that Russians were on board.
At any rate, COG remains guilty until proven innocent.
Another ‘accident’ we’ll never get the details of. Another apparent slaughter of innocents. I wonder if Trump has the details, or if he had them beforehand? Or could this be part of the old regime’s rebellion against him? Such questions would have shocked me years ago, but then there was 9/11.
A commenter on Zerohedge says that the word has it the helo was a modded one — one of the MATRIX Autonomy. Yes, who else was on that AA flight?
“How do you command a Black Hawk® helicopter to perform a mission autonomously from 300 miles (480 km) away?
Quite simply, by using a tablet connected to the aircraft via datalink.
During the Association of the United States Army’s annual meeting in Washington, D.C., (Association of the United States Army 2024), visitors and U.S. Army senior leaders saw how a Black Hawk helicopter integrated with Sikorsky’s MATRIX™ autonomy system can receive remote mission commands in real-time. Then, carry out that mission on its own, using its onboard autonomous systems, without remote control or pilot inputs.”

Thanks for the link pookie. I knew this existed but reading it, ug. Sikorsky’s MATRIX™ Autonomy. We’re watching war. Yeah, who exactly was on these flights.
God damn. That new footage is disturbing (I’ve flown a lot). Seat in the upright position. Ready for landing. Wham! Then a 360 backwards! Crash! In the water, mud. Lights out.
I thought the rising heli path was from the side-behind. In this new footage it looks like it’s headed straight to the jet, maybe not 90° but not side window, it’s windshield. Maybe looking at it wrong.
This event shines a light on COG. Maybe inadvertently. If deliberate the potential reasons give vertigo.
