“Could it be…SAAATAN?!” Seriously, once all the gaslighting is no longer possible, I can imagine people in the future calling these Covid vaccines the Devil.

You’ve been here for a very long time… Do you believe in some form of otherworldly evil that has an influence on our… 3D reality?

Call it the Devil, or whatever you like.

When I was a child, I used to like to watch James Bond movies. I was fascinated with SPECTRE, and I’d always think, “Blofeld controls SPECTRE. Who, or what, controls Blofeld?”

A bit of a weird thought for a roughly ten year old, but, over 40 years later, I’m still thinking along those lines.

One thing is clear: This isn’t just about money anymore. That’s for sure.

Well, over at John Michael Greer’s weekly Covid forum, there are quite a few people who believe that literal demons might be driving this whole thing. As someone who subscribed to a quasi-Wiccanate theology ever since 1994, acknowledging such a possibility wasn’t easy, but actual mediums and people who are involved in the deep study of the occult know that there are indeed such creatures as demons (though they are not thought to be the “fallen angels” of Biblical lore). But much like you, I found myself more ready than I would have previously thought to revise my picture of the universe, just because something…extraordinary and possibly otherworldly, was clearly in the offing.

Why have societies that have plenty of natural resources to live fairly satisfactorily always ended up going to war to loot what their neighbors have, when they have neighbors? Or to enslave them or kill them off?

Why have so many Americans felt they have to keep up with the Joneses, or get at least one step ahead?

Why did that hockey player in Canada use his skate to kill the other hockey player? Anthropologists say that the Maya used fresh human heads as footballs in their games.

    Why did Cain kill Abel?

We humans seem to have an instinct for competition that can get extremely aggressive. Some of us are very proud of it and show it off frequently.

Most toddlers go through a stage when they say ‘no!’ to everything you want them to do. Later, they refuse to share with someone else, saying ‘mine!’ and keeping whatever it is away from the other person. But eventually they grow up, hopefully with parents who teach cooperation and sharing. Children of autocrats may grow up taught only to order or to obey and to believe they really own everything, though duty might require them to share a little. If they are practicing one-upmanship on their parents, the only beings superior to them, when they themselves arrive at the top, they might not share at all.

Maybe some of us can rise above our inherent competitive urges, and some of us can’t. Maybe only some of us think we should. Where did that belief come from?

Current anthropology dismisses the idea of a missing link in human history. They say there were many kinds of pre-humans that interconnected during various eras to form the chain that led to homo sapiens. The ancient Greeks would say that there were several gods who visited human females and contributed to the chain. Some modern scholars think they were aliens who continue to visit and are still up to no good.

    Maybe transhumanism is nothing new.

This interview with Naomi Wolf is about her new book, Facing the Beast. Toward the end of the interview the conversation moves to spirituality and religious history.

It’s fitting with your questions Kevin. And you’re right, it’s abundantly clear: This isn’t just about money anymore.

I listened to that interview. Thank you for posting it.

“Forces had been unleashed that were beyond human capability.”

I can’t put my finger on it, but something unfurled and took control for the covid operation. Top to bottom, soup to nuts, all over the world. It made the Third Reich look like Tiddlywinks and most people still have no clue about what was done to them.

  7. dale says:

I agree. Something took control. It’s literally breathtaking.

End of America is a good book. Naomi’s journey has been fascinating to me. She’s honest, intelligent, and brave with integrity. Her forward to the new book, The Indoctrinated Mind, is chilling. Just got the book (unopened). I had too many thoughts to lay down on that thread.

“Forces had been unleashed that were beyond human capability.”

That comment struck me as well. True or not, it’s an astute observation of the incredible scope; omnipotent scope. And it’s anti-humanity (which, from a human perspective, is evil). Deus Ex Machina?

Regarding the 2024 election, a right or left outcome can’t lead to peace. Kennedy? Palestine 20k annihilated, because, Hamas? Ukraine is a meat grinder. Look any direction. Sure seems like we’re being harvested.

And then, of course, there’s this famous passage:

“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”

    Ephesians 6:12
