UFO Footage from Santiago, Chile

The Xfiles soundtrack is silly and irritating, but… What do you make of this one?

A remarkable video has been filmed of craft over the night skies above the city of Santiago in Chile last week on December 10th. The video shows what appears to be a large UFO ‘mothership’ hovering over the skyline and other craft. The Chilean Air force has issued a statement that the lights were an air force display corresponding to the graduation of trainee pilots, however some are less than convinced of this explanation.

‘Chile is in fact a hotspot for UFO sightings, as are many of its South American neighbours, and the Chilean Air force has a specific unit set up to investigate UFO related phenomena’ one ufologist told us. ‘If you look at segments of the video in question, well some of it simply doesn’t look like anything resembling a squadron of acrobatic planes: some of it looks remarkably like one disc shaped UFO type object’.

What is for certain is that if indeed this is not footage of Chile’s finest this might well be one of the most remarkable UFO events captured on Video.

Maybe they’ve come to rescue us from the financial crisis?

Joking aside… I don’t know what to make of this. The feeling I had watching it can be summed up as “WTF?!” – I mean it does look real and all, and there’s no way those lights are jets.. so by definition, they are unidentified, flying, and they are objects of some sort…

I wish I could see one of these myself, just to experience it, but I never have and get the feeling that I never will…

Let’s think of the perfect psyop. It would increase the power of the fascist state and decrease the power of its enemies.

UFO provide a much needed common enemy to keep the peasants flocking to the corporate state to protect them, and provides an opportunity to discredit alternative news sources that discuss them.

Peasants laugh at any discussion of UFO’s, but secretly believe they might be real and either ‘Hope’ the UFO’s will save them or huddle under the wing of the Corporate Firepower Industry to ‘Protect’ them.

Do people really want to hear about Monsanto buying up all the seed stripping companies in the midwest and installing their goons in the ACS, or do they want star wars? Oh well. Just one opinion.

“What do you think sets Your site apart from others?
Early on, I was one of just a handful. Today I am just one of thousands and the difference between my site and others tends to be rather minimal. I don’t do stories about UFOs and Bigfoot is one thing that makes my site different.”

I dunno, guess it’s just a group of helicopters.

I saw one over central Nevada several years ago that had some kind of really large sensing device suspended, looked strange from a distance.

From a distance it was pretty eerie, oh well.

I’d definitely agree with the “I dunno” part.

  5. Angelo says:

Oh they’re real alright. These are transit lanes for trans-planet shipping. The cargo is natural resources, biologicals being the most important.

Water is also being siphoned off planet. The reason so many mass sightings are occurring in the Southern hemisphere is because of the density of biological diversity there.

The story here is beyond the scope of the conspiracy minded, indeed it requires a rational and contextual observer to recognize what’s really going on, to see without the mental constructs that have been programmed into the perceptual gridwork of humanity.

    Step out of your programming.

How is it that people can be so confounded by anthropocentric thinking that the obvious becomes a riddle of logic?

If these are beings from another solar system or galaxy, with sufficiently developed technology to accomplish that sort of travel, why would they need to be taking water???

There are many classes of nonsense when it comes to statements about UFOs/aliens. The alleged explanations, that A) aren’t logical and B) have zero supporting evidence are just as lame as the “it must be Chinese lanterns, helicopters, etc.) and seem to serve the same purpose.

For many people, me included, answering the question: Have aliens visited the earth? with a fair degree of certainty would be a great place to start.

The most convincing book I have read about this topic is:

Witness to Roswell: Unmasking the 60-Year Cover-Up by Thomas J. Carey and Donald R. Schmitt

This book contains zero speculation about who the aliens are, where they came from, what they want, etc. It looks at one single issue: What happened in Roswell, New Mexico in July 1947. Mainly, did the U.S. Government recover an alien spaceship, or not?

After reading that book, there is virtually no doubt in my mind that the U.S. military recovered a crashed alien spacecraft in July 1947.

As for the interplanetary water siphoning / lifeform harvesting type theories, I’m far less convinced. If there are books that are as convincing as Witness to Roswell, along those other lines, I’d like to hear about them.

Cool beans. Just received my copy of _Witness to Roswell_ (ordered at Amazon via click-through on Cryptogon, of course) for my Xmas holiday reading pleasure, if one can call it that.

  8. Kevin says:

I’d be curious to hear what you think, pookie.

I’ll provide a ladder of information, from the factual, to the anecdotal, to the ‘alien informed’. All stages of the ladder provide very logical progressions.

1.The groundbreaking work as far as biological harvesting is the early study of animal mutilations in ‘An Alien Harvest’ by Linda Moulton Howe.

2.In the area of screened memories, which is what occurs during an abduction, I would highly recommend the ‘The Threat’ by David Jacobs. Some are leery of regression therapy, which David Jacobs facilitates but his protocol, which I’ve heard myself, provides a non-biased walk-through of the subconscious realm.

3.As a message from extraterrestrials themselves I recommend ‘The Allies of Humanity book 1 and 2’ by Marshall Vian Summers. This book clicked for me because of my own experiences, this is the insiders account.

4.First person accounts of individual experiences of abduction captured to film in the documentary ‘Touched’ by Laurel Chiten. A wonderful production which is unfortunately skewed in the end by John Mack’s insistence to his patients that the experience was beneficial. I highly recommend this film on the basis of its personal accounts, not the ideas formed around them after the fact.

    This is a good start.

Kevin, as regards water and technological advancement, resources in the Greater Universe are scarce in so far as planets with them are sparsely scattered among the time/space domains. The technological prowess of a species is directly proportional to their need for natural resources. High technology is not magic, it utilizes matter and water is, for many species, a very potent energy source.

    @ Angelo

I’ve listened to Linda Moulton Howe for years and she does excellent work. While I haven’t read An Alien Harvest, I’ve heard several interviews with her and her interviewees on that topic and it’s damn compelling. Compelling… How? I don’t know. Maybe baffling is a better word to describe it.

I’ll check out those other books as well.

One would think, with a population of approx 6 million, in this day and age, when nearly every other 3rd or 4th person on the street has a video enabled cell phone, in addition to the tens of millions of homeowners with modern handycams lying charged and ready in their living rooms– that there would be multiple sightings of something like this, multiple videos, etc.

This doesn’t happen over 6M people without a ton of witnesses. Where are the other videos?

    D

  12. dano5050 says:

sorry… tens of thousands not tens of millions!
