FYI: That pic I used has been Photoshopped in a pretty funny way.

I only noticed it once I had the original pic in Photoshop myself.

    Look at the legs:

Whoopsee. Maybe DARPA is working on a 3 legged Marine?

Kevin … thanks for posting the links.

Sounds like you are catching flak? Feeble attempt at ‘poisoning the well’?

The rather large collection of photos on the publicintelligence website do have good quality overall. Much like John Young’s cryptome.org site.

    On this image …

There are two soldiers (or more) behind him. Over the left shoulder – shorter person, helmet and antenna?. Third helmet clearly. And someone behind that soldier. Another rifle as well held vertical in the background?

They are walking in formation. The ‘middle’ boot is somewhat awkward I agree. It is a left foot/boot. Sunlight hitting it seems brighter.

Extremely difficult to Photoshop. I use Photoshop, Illustrator and others daily. Have been for the last 10+ years. Recently helped a Texas lawyer and cop in some photo forensics. Amazing what you can learn pixel by pixel.

Sidenote: Some images now have GPS data enbedded; especially camera phones.
