LEAKED PHONE CONVERSATION: DICK WEIR, CEO OF EESTOR, WORKED FOR CIA ON A “CHIP THAT WENT INTO DEEP SPACE”; “THEY CAME AND RECRUITED ME”; CIA TOLD HIM TO GO TO LOCKHEED MARTIN WITH ULTRA CAPACITOR TECHNOLOGY; DARPA HAS BEEN INVOLVED
July 27th, 2009EEstor is a “connected” front for the release of military technology into the private sector.
I first theorized that EEstor was connected to the Black World in 2006. Now, thanks to an astonishing leak of a private telephone conversation, you can hear Dick Weir, the CEO of EEstor, talking about how he was recruited by the CIA when he was at TRW and how, later on, CIA told him to take the EEstor technology to Lockheed Martin.
This telephone conversation is between Dick Weir and an unidentified person. It’s loose on the Internet. Several aspects of EEstor’s technology, finances and history are discussed. It sounds like the person asking the questions is performing a due diligence workup on EEstor, but that’s just a guess on my part.
I’m not going to link to the audio for the moment but searching for Dick Weir EEStor mp3 will do the trick for you. The file is 18MB and is about 38 minutes long.
How do we know it’s actually Dick Weir?
Tyler Hamilton, senior energy reporter and columnist for the Toronto Star, Canada’s largest daily newspaper, writes, “I’ve spoken with Dick Weir several times by telephone. This is his voice in the interview, 100 per cent, for those who wonder if it’s some kind of impersonation hoax.”

I: OK. Along this path … is there … when Lockheed came in … were … did you have an interest in having them come in as an investor? … Were they interested in …
W: Nah, we really didn’t want an investor there. It just wasn’t … What we … The reason I really been working with Lockheed so long over the years. First of all, I know … I come from that world. At TRW I invented the chip that went into Deep Space … I worked for the CIA for Scientific Initiative. They needed a ultra high frequency channel. They came and recruited me. I invented that channel for them.

But I learned when I was there just how difficult it is to do military contracts. I know there was a about a 6 story building over there full of people working very diligently in just getting military contracts.
I: Right.
W: I can’t do that.
I: OK
W: So I said let’s do something better than that. Let’s get in bed with Lockheed Martin and when I went and gave presentation to CIA and they suggested that. And so I did. And that ‘s worked out exceptionally well. We now have a contract with them where they handle all of our contracts with … government contracts … with Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security. And writes other worldwide contracts. So now I don’t have to be a military contractor. I went and got the world’s best.
I: Umhh
W: And they can be between me and the Federal Government to handle all this stuff. Then they write a commercial contract with me to supply parts to Lockheed and or for military contracts for other groups. So that they can build these mission critical systems.
I: OK. Since you’re no longer a VC … Does that mean you guys are seeing revenue come in from Lockheed, at this point? … Significant?
W: We had a con … government contract and we received money off from it, but not revenue. But just, uhh … they wanted to do some technical studies. We did that for ’em. And they paid us some good money for it.

I: All right.
W: It was a DARPA contract.
I: K
W: Which will lead to a bigger contract.
What exactly do you think is the meaning of a chip in deep space? I have suspected that a nanotech type of chip has been released in the atmosphere via chemtrails. Could this be what he is referring to?
Imagine my shock, or should I say don’t get me started. Between Bechtel and Lockheed, they own the nuclear weapons complex. If interested, just go look at the DOE contractor operated nuclear weapons labs and who operates them. It will be Bechtel Jacobs slash University of California, or Pantex, or Lockheed.
Cripe Lockheed even processes the payroll for the federal government.
DARPA is similar to the nuclear weapons complex – government owned, contrator operated (COGO).
Research and development. A very difficult endeavor to write contracts for when you don’t have a deliverable that you can specify in a contract. But if you can deliver a chip to Deep Space? Now that’s a deliverable. I’m sure that the contents of what that chip was to do is classified.
Lockheed needing only a six story building to house all of the contract specialists? Chump change. This is Lockheed’s real money maker. I betcha. Writing contracts. Working throught the labyrinth of rules and regulations written to protect the US taxpayer from fraud, waste, and abuse. It’s an enterprise – much like the starship from star trek.
The US government is begging for people to employ to write and award contracts and do audits of the pre-award. Its just not worth it for people to work for the federal government when these sharks pay people a lot of money to do the same function.
Its a free market kids. God bless us all and the ability to make profits.
Deep Space elint program, probably:

I guess the “tech feed” from the CIA to the
public sector is kind of a backup system in
case the “drug feed” from other contractors
gives out.
