Does the Second Amendment include include EMP weapons?

And hope what’s coming isn’t shielded.

    My father ran his business in a shipyard. At age 8-10 or so, I used to go with him on Saturdays when the other businesses were idle. I’d run all around like this machine does, (parkour before it had a name), but I did more leaping from dock to barge to loading platform, and I did it on only two legs. I couldn’t swim then, but I never fell in.

    Watching this run makes me feel like I’m doing it again.

    What does it do when confronted with water?

    It would be a good companion for a jogger who wanted protection, assuming it’s bullet-proof and can carry and use a weapon.
