    The AFCEA is a not-for-profit organizational unit of the MIC. It has 30,000 individual members, some in uniform and some in suits, and 1,600 corporate members. It seeks to recruit bright young talent for the MIC.

    It sounds like the govt has hired this group to carry out some mission within the US.
