Why Has China Purchased Farmland Near 19 Different Military Bases Inside The United States?
June 22nd, 2024Via: End of the American Dream:
The Chinese aren’t exactly being subtle about what they are trying to do. Today, they own more than 300,000 acres of farmland inside the United States, and they have been specifically targeting areas that are located near important military bases. As you will see below, the Chinese now own farmland very close to 19 different U.S. military bases. How in the world could our leaders have allowed this to happen? Foreign adversaries should not be allowed to purchase farmland at all, and yet somehow they have been able to acquire land that is ideal for spying on our military bases over and over again.
Surveillance, sure. What about EMPs, short-range weaponry & bio-weapons?
Five years ago and back to 2013, I used to drive around the vacant Loring AFB. It was like visiting a ghost town. Only a few bldgs were locked up, and they were shabby. I walked and drove all over it, despite the probable radiation emissions. The vast underground tunnels, of course, were not open or even locatable from the surface.
Two years ago, I went again. It was spiffed up and everything was locked up except the main entrance. Some bldgs were obviously occupied. Areas like the runway, which I used to drive my pickup down the middle of, imagining myself in a taxiing B57, were fenced off. An unmarked white pickup followed me around until I left.
The town the former base is in, Limestone, ME, has lots of agricultural land. During the harvest, one can see trucks carrying crates of broccoli to a frozen food plant. The crates are marked in Chinese. There’s broccoli everywhere, and I don’t know which fields the Chinese boxes came from. But doesn’t China have enough land to grow its own?
I still think China would like to rule the world, so maybe it is proceeding by co-optation, with the full cooperation of all levels of our govt. Maybe China spiffed up the AFB?
It’s likely that most local agriculturalists, already millionaires, will do almost anything for money with the thinnest of excuses. Some of the largest farms are owned by Canadian corporations, not home boys. I don’t know how much of the land if any China owns.
