His right earlobe is attached and the left not, which through looking at reversed images in some cases has led people to believe they were looking at a body double, when they were not. That’s not to say he doesn’t have stand-ins/body doubles.
Also his eyes look quite different. Normally they are very narrow, like slits. In the right-hand pic, they are open at least twice as wide. His pupils may be dilated.
Even so, I think it’s the same guy but looking weird due to… something.

Lighting’s different but at 0:25 the ears match. As for the chin, looks to me like the tight turtle-neck is pushing his dewlap forward.
