The psychopaths who hate God and disdain Nature, and who are at the top of the world’s power-structures, are clearly beginning to implement their plan to reduce the population of the world on a horrific scale. Only fools would believe that our overlords would wait for permission by the plebs before doing what they see as the culmination of their insane, technocratic schemes.
