Amazing amount of influence over World health policies the Gates Foundation has amassed, all with just a few billion dollars thrown around in the right places. Gives a better perspective on the influence the central banksters have in the World, as they create trillions of dollars a week out of thin air.
When looking at Bill Gates, and for that matter all the “wuderkind” billionaires like Zuck and Page/Brin, the term middle manager comes to mind. They were helped along, and are/were allowed to be in their positions because they were willing to do the bidding of TPTB.

Note the segment where Whitney Webb, the woman being interviewed, spoke about a narrative from last year from the Pentagon, DOJ, and Intelligence that stated that some kind of terror attack (including cyber attack on our infrastructure) would happen to disrupt the election.
