Maj. Gen. Michael Walsh has given the order to move barges carrying 265 tons of explosives upriver in Kentucky from Hickman to Wickliffe, putting them in position to blow the Birds Point levee in Mississippi County, Mo. But corps officials said the general has yet to decide whether he will blow the levee and will re-evaluate the situation Sunday.

“We are moving the barges to Wickliffe, Ky., and they are going to hold there,” spokesman Jim Pogue said. “We’re essentially at 24 hours out of operating the floodway, but essentially in a holding plan.”

Walsh, a top commander at the Corps, has decided to move to the next step in the process, but Pogue said it was not indicative of whether Walsh was leaning toward fully activating the plan, which would divert floodwaters through approximately 130,000 acres of spillway mostly in Mississippi County.

I for one think that the weather wars are now in full force. But when the the CIA budget of how many trillion is black, how am I supposed to know that everything I think and comprehend about the weather wars are just inklings of my imagination?
    Don;t know.
But in my pea of a brain, I’m thinking there’s a huge HUGE weather war going on here in the world.
Dirty bomb set off in Japan to impact the US of A. More of that Katrina stuff in Alabama – you know, wipe them “poor, huddled masses yearning to be free” right off of the planet. Well they did that in this last weather war didn’t they?
Those stones in Georgia, ya know, reduce the population of the planet to 500,000,000? Someone’s been busy lately methinks, trying to reduce the “surplus” population, e.g. Japan, now the U.S. And whoever this asshole is that proclaimed this reduction in the surplus populattion, What rights do you have to call the shots on what will or not be on this planet?

I don’t think you have ANY. So go diddle with yourself in a private room and get off on that. But the people on this planet are my people. Quit flucking with us you morons. I think there are a lot of us out there who aren’t going to lay down and die just because you want us to.

So take heed, take warning. This side of the battele might just be warming up but we’ve been studying your methods and motives for years now and you are some sorry ass sob’s. You couldn’t win at anything, let upom multiple wars even if you wanted to.

Give UP on Afghanistan. Give UP on IRAQ. BRING OUR TROOPS HOME.

A worthy curse, but quite impossible:
