Bill Gates, Rockefeller and the GMO Giants Know Something We Don’t

I’m sure that the elite’s obsession with submarines has nothing to do with this…

So when Bill Gates decides through the Gates Foundation to invest some $30 million of their hard earned money in a project, it is worth looking at.

No project is more interesting at the moment than a curious project in one of the world’s most remote spots, Svalbard. Bill Gates is investing millions in a seed bank on the Barents Sea near the Arctic Ocean, some 1,100 kilometers from the North Pole. Svalbard is a barren piece of rock claimed by Norway and ceded in 1925 by international treaty (see map).

On this God-forsaken island Bill Gates is investing tens of his millions along with the Rockefeller Foundation, Monsanto Corporation, Syngenta Foundation and the Government of Norway, among others, in what is called the “doomsday seed bank.” Officially the project is named the Svalbard Global Seed Vault on the Norwegian island of Spitsbergen, part of the Svalbard island group.

Doomsday Seed Vault

The seed bank is being built inside a mountain on Spitsbergen Island near the small village of Longyearbyen. It’s almost ready for “business” according to their releases. The bank will have dual blast-proof doors with motion sensors, two airlocks, and walls of steel-reinforced concrete one meter thick. It will contain up to three million different varieties of seeds from the entire world, “so that crop diversity can be conserved for the future,” according to the Norwegian government. Seeds will be specially wrapped to exclude moisture. There will be no full-time staff, but the vault’s relative inaccessibility will facilitate monitoring any possible human activity.

Did we miss something here? Their press release stated, “so that crop diversity can be conserved for the future.” What future do the seed bank’s sponsors foresee, that would threaten the global availability of current seeds, almost all of which are already well protected in designated seed banks around the world?

Anytime Bill Gates, the Rockefeller Foundation, Monsanto and Syngenta get together on a common project, it’s worth digging a bit deeper behind the rocks on Spitsbergen. When we do we find some fascinating things.

The first notable point is who is sponsoring the doomsday seed vault. Here joining the Norwegians are, as noted, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation; the US agribusiness giant DuPont/Pioneer Hi-Bred, one of the world’s largest owners of patented genetically-modified (GMO) plant seeds and related agrichemicals; Syngenta, the Swiss-based major GMO seed and agrichemicals company through its Syngenta Foundation; the Rockefeller Foundation, the private group who created the “gene revolution with over $100 million of seed money since the 1970”; CGIAR, the global network created by the Rockefeller Foundation to promote its ideal of genetic purity through agriculture change.

That’s definitely an odd choice for a location.

Spitsbergen Island is one of the most northerly regularly occupied locations in the world. As such, it is also an ideal location for satellite ground stations, and is heavily used by the military for that purpose (the further north a ground station is, the more often it can contact satellites in polar orbit).

Is there a reason why a seed bank would need to be close to military satellite ground stations? Hmmm.

I don’t believe Monsanto, Bill Gates, or the Rockefeller’s know something we don’t. The “Doomsday Seed Bank” was conceptualized in 2005 http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/21825614/, long before Bill Gates and the Monstanto hoodlums took interest. Folks like the Gates and Rockefellers of the world are always looking for a tax write off. This most likely is a two-fer: a tax write off and “showing concern” for life on the planet. I have nothing against the Gates and Rockefellers. I’d put my money here too if I had it.
But what I think is utterly bizarre is Monsanto even being allowed to set foot in the place. To allow Monsanto to vault their monster “seeds” along with the rest of the seeds that the vault will store is counterintuitive. I’m imagining the gaseous, noxious vapors exuding from the Monsanto “seeds,” corrupting the rest in the vault. It might become a cave from the “little shop of horrors.”
If I were in charge of this seed bank, I’d be locking down the Monsanto vault like nuclear waste might someday be in the maybe someday Yucca Mountain Project.

I remember reading about this a couple (or a few, not sure now) years ago, but I don’t recall Monsanto, Gates, Rockerfellers etc being involved (publicly.) But it makes sense. Once the GM shit that these same benevolent interests are pushing overtakes everything else on earth and literally chokes the life from it, the slate can be wiped – maybe with a one-day nuclear cleansing of some sort, followed by a quick ‘n’ easy clean-up using Brown’s Gas (http://www.eagle-research.com/browngas/fabuses/possib.html). All that will be left will be a quick trip up to the island to whack the seed (and the mega-tons of compost and seaweed that’s probably being carefully stored in there) on a few whirlybirds and spray away! Instant heirloom paradise for the ones who deserve. Either that, or they’re only storing the stuff until Sir Rich finally perfects his long-distance space-jet and it gets carted off to a ‘better’ place.
