OK, I’m having a lazy brain day. Anyone care to help me interpret the barcode sitting on the jackblack12.info page?
William, I don’t see a barcode. I see a picture of what looks like some kind of warehouse with an American flag at half-staff in the foreground and a panel truck at right with something like New C***** Truck T*** painted on its side.

That binary string translates into ASCII as:
73:65:6d:69 — which looks a bit like the formats used to write network addresses for certain protocols.
However, that result is pure hexadecimal, so converting again to ASCII while treating the colons as separators we get the result:

Semi? Semi-what? At left in the picture there’s an aqua-blue object that might be a semi-truck cab.
What the hell am I looking at here? A numbers station?
Worse, there are two widgets below the picture that appear to be countdown timers.

The trailing digits are synched,and the countdown is base-60, strongly suggesting a timekeeping purpose. 2 January 2010 and 11 October 2001 are suggested. For something.

Fascinating. Either the data is changing over time, or the data is different on a region by region basis, or both.
The barcode was viewable as http://jackblack12.info/ge1.jpg and was visible on a page called http://jackblack12.info/Operation_Blackjack.html
Others have already decoded the barcode, which is now unavailable to view anyway. I can’t see the image you linked to either, I get a 404.

My instant reading of this is an Obama assassination attempt, with a Marc Antony figure to step up once ‘Caesar’ is taken out. I always had Hilary Clinton down as a Lady Macbeth 🙂
But then, I am a conspiracy nut who cannot resist shiny things, and I’ll eat all this stuff right up and want more, which is probably all this nonsense was ever designed to do.
