Biden: White House Readies 19 Executive Actions on Guns
January 15th, 2013Via: Politico:
The White House has identified 19 executive actions for President Barack Obama to move unilaterally on gun control, Vice President Joe Biden told a group of House Democrats on Monday, the administration’s first definitive statements about its response to last month’s mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School.
The following was written by congress in 1789 and should be read slowly, carefully, repeatedly and out loud:
“THE Conventions of a number of the States, having at the time of their adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added: And as extending the ground of public confidence in the Government, will best ensure the beneficent ends of its institution.”
“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”
“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
——
The preamble to the bill of rights, always ignored, makes it clear that the first ten amendments limit GOVERNMENT, not the rights of the people which are natural rights.
The second amendment says “arms” without specification, not 18th century muskets, and the tenth amendment negates executive orders.
There is no argument: the united states has a non-constitutional government.
