Read Jerry Mander’s Four Arguments for the Elimination of Television a popular book back in the 80s that I resisted reading because I knew why television was bad and didn’t feel I needed more evidence. Finally got it though interlibrary loan (which is currently under attack in the US) and was impressed.
This book used to be available for download somewhere on the internet (maybe soil & health?) but I could no longer find it the last time I went looking.
