I did these updates in response to David Teacher making the Third Edition available of his book Rogue Agents. Unfortunately, David hadn’t seen these Cercle documents sent him six months back, so he just may to a Fourth Edition some day. Here’s how the conversation went.

    thankyou for turning me onto this website back when they backed up the dutrox affair. its been a wonderful resource. terrible tho, but great quality.
