Japan: High Radiation on the Ground in Tokyo

Another beautiful day in Japan, I am 135 miles / 220 Km south of Fukushima, on the outskirts of the Tokyo area. It is Tuesday, June 7th, as you can see in the video, I just walk outside of my house and …. radiation. The air is not dangerous but the ground is. The radiation is much higher in low lying areas and the government here is desperately trying to keep it quiet.
Wnether I ever truly believed in it before or not, today there is a BIG X on my calendar that marks this day as the one wherein I came to believe that there are forces on this planet that want to kill off the human population. Why Japan, why the U.S. I don’t know.
BTW Kevin, the Arnie Gunderson video above was one of my “tipping points.” One might be tempted to scoff at Arnie Gunderson. But I had a sister dear to my heart die from cancer from asbestos. Maybe a speck of asbestos that she inhaled at the young age of six or so caused her illness and death. It took all but six months from diagnoses til her death. So I don’t discount those Hot particles in Seattle. And I also don’t discount his advise re washing vegetables before eating them.
I’m continuing to buy aluminum free baking soda with which to soak the green beans, potatoes, cucumber, and spaghetti squash that is in the open air garden once it is time to harvest them and before eating or storage.
I’ve also invested quite a sum into growing food indoors. My experiement in survival.
Surviving Hard Times is in my DNA. My grandparents (I’m second generation) escaped Slovakia when the Hungarian’s wanted to kill them off as well.
I expect there will be similar stories from the Japanese who manage to escape, a very different scenario but with the same kill-off game plan in mind.
I guess I have to pinch myself now on an hourly basis to remind myself that what is going on in Japan and in the U.S.is not FAKE NEWS. The Gulf, the FLOODS, The TORNADOES. This is not a TEST of the Emergency Broadcasting System. We are in the EYE of THE STORM where everything is “calm and Peaceful.”
