    These guys work for the people who control the oil, coal and uranium and their job is to assess the threat matrix to the value of their investment.

    1. Ocean Thermal Energy
    -Looks expensive to develop, cut funding. Done.
    -Restrict deployment using environmental front. Check.

    2. Geothermal Power in Alaska
    -Looks functioning and reasonably priced.
    todo: contact board of directors for corporation and purchase technology for military bases in exchange for reallocation r+d, marketing, sales to other products. Kill it. Done.
