In the coming few weeks, they will be having at least seven different groups come in to test their device, beginning with the Greek government next week. The results from each group will be published. Each group will have 48 hours to test the device and a control to which they can compare it.
They showed me the experimental set-up — running, producing heat. It includes a control chamber and a reaction chamber. After the two are run simultaneously — one with the low energy nuclear reaction (aka cold fusion), and one without — showing that the LENR system produces at least 20 times more heat; they will then switch the reaction chambers, removing the nickel and hydrogen from one (cleaning it out to make sure there is no residual), and adding these ingredients to the other chamber, which previously was the “without” chamber; to show that the same data unfolds. They will also show that some gamma radiation comes from the reaction chamber of the LENR system, as evidence that a nuclear reaction of some kind is indeed taking place (though not on a dangerous level to those operating the test).
Each group coming in to perform these tests will be able to use their own measurement equipment. They have been given the specs of the types and sizes of probes needed. They will be given 48 hours to run their tests.

Rossi’s Ex-Partners to Release an Improved Version of LENR for Testing

The Praxen Defkalion Green Technologies Global Ltd. (PDGT) firm that was and then wasn’t a partner with Andrea Rossi in marketing the E-Cat LENR reactor has announced the permitting of third party evaluations of their product named “Hyperion”. PDGT had for a time an opportunity to learn what Rossi has accomplished and since is proposing they have a different take on LENR and are now ready to cooperate with recognized and reputable scientific and business organizations to test and evaluate the Hyperion reactor.
Back at the end of November PDGT offered news that a series of third party tests on Hyperion products were scheduled to be performed within the first months of 2012. That test proceeding is being handled privately and was to take place after a certification of some kind.
The new announcement is a major confidence builder as the firm is offering qualified engineers from institutions and industry a first look with their own instrumentation. Obviously at this time the offer isn’t to ship units out of their control, rather the offer is to provide the first look and the opportunity to confirm the claims and identify the applicability and estimate the savings and energy availability. It is a shrewd move and there very likely will be takers.
The objectives at this early stage are simple. Determine the excess heat of reactor discharge without a cooling apparatus to determine a total energy consumed to energy production ratio. Also on the list is a radioactivity measurement and operational stability handled by the Hyperion control system.

Ethiopian Girl Reportedly Guarded by Lions

A 12-year-old girl who was abducted and beaten by men trying to force her into a marriage was found being guarded by three lions who apparently had chased off her captors, a policeman said Tuesday.
The girl, missing for a week, had been taken by seven men who wanted to force her to marry one of them, said Sgt. Wondimu Wedajo, speaking by telephone from the provincial capital of Bita Genet, about 350 miles southwest of Addis Ababa.
She was beaten repeatedly before she was found June 9 by police and relatives on the outskirts of Bita Genet, Wondimu said. She had been guarded by the lions for about half a day, he said.
“They stood guard until we found her and then they just left her like a gift and went back into the forest,” Wondimu said.
“If the lions had not come to her rescue, then it could have been much worse. Often these young girls are raped and severely beaten to force them to accept the marriage,” he said.
‘Some kind of miracle’
Tilahun Kassa, a local government official who corroborated Wondimu’s version of the events, said one of the men had wanted to marry the girl against her wishes.
“Everyone thinks this is some kind of miracle, because normally the lions would attack people,” Wondimu said.

Cold Fusion Competition Heats Up as Rival to Andrea Rossi Emerges

It’s been an exciting few weeks since Andrea Rossi demonstrated his one-megawatt E-Cat power plant with apparent success. Critics still believe that the test was a sham, the mystery customer is a fake, and there is no concrete evidence the technology works. Rossi has been busy since then, and the E-Cat bandwagon is rolling onwards. But now he has rivals in the cold fusion business. Is this evidence that the technology is real and can be replicated? Or just that someone else wants a piece of a possible scam of the decade?
Cold fusion, otherwise known as “low energy nuclear reaction” (LENR) technology has yet to gain any scientific respectability. This hasn’t stopped Greek company Defkalion Green Technologies launching its own range of cold fusion power plants, rivals to Rossi’s E-Cat. In a press release (.pdf), the company announced they would be selling a range of units under the name Hyperion, from small domestic boilers to industrial power plants.
They have a detailed specification document for its product (.pdf) and say the launch is due early 2012. Unlike Rossi, it invites independent third parties to test its products and report the findings “under agreed protocol.” Its customers will not be bound by non-disclosure agreements, whereas Rossi’s dealings have been highly secretive.
Defkalion used to have a close working relationship with Rossi. Originally the company was to produce thousands of E-Cats a year from a factory on Xanthi using Rossi’s design under licence. The relationship broke up in August, for reasons which have never been fully disclosed. The company has persevered with a cold fusion device of its own, which it insists has been developed independently and also that Hyperion is more stable than Rossi’s E-Cat.
Like the E-Cat, Hyperion will initially be used for producing heat only, with electricity generation following. The first will be a one-megawatt device, the same scale as the one in Rossi’s demonstration in October.
Curiously, Rossi does not accuse Defkalion of stealing intellectual property. Instead, he insists that it has never known the details how the E-Cat works. He says it cannot make its device operate without his secret catalyst, which it was hoping to acquire. “There are clowns saying they have a technology copied from us, actually they have just a moke up (sic), waiting for the piece of info they need to make a real copy,” Rossi wrote in his Journal of Nuclear Physics blog, congratulating himself for outwitting them.
However, Defkalion spokesman Alexandros Xanthoulis told Swedish science magazine NyTeknik that they know exactly what the catalyst is. In a piece of subterfuge, a spectroscopic examination was carried out on an E-Cat being while it was being tested without Rossi’s knowledge. However, to maintain “fair play”, Defkalion’s scientists say they developed their technology without using this information.

MANHATTAN (CN) – An American expatriate in Bulgaria claims the United Nations, the World Economic Forum, the Office of International Treasury Control and the Italian government conspired with a host of others to steal more than $1.1 trillion in financial instruments intended to support humanitarian purposes.
The 111-page federal complaint involves a range of entities common to conspiracy theorists, including the Vatican Illuminati, the Masons, the “Trilateral Trillenium Tripartite Gold Commission,” and the U.S. Federal Reserve.
Plaintiff Neil Keenan claims he was entrusted in 2009 with the financial instruments – which included U.S. Federal Reserve notes worth $124.5 billion, two Japanese government bonds with a combined face value of $19 billion, and one U.S. “Kennedy” bond with a face value of $1 billion – by an entity called the Dragon Family, which is a group of several wealthy and secretive Asian families.
“The Dragon family abstains from public view and knowledge, but, upon information and belief, acts for the good and better benefit of the world in constant coordination with higher levels of global financial organizations, in particular, the Federal Reserve System,” Keenan claims.
“During the course of its existence over the last century, the Dragon family has accumulated great wealth by having provided the Federal Reserve Bank and the United States Government with asset assignments of gold and silver via certain accounts held in Switzerland, for which it has received consideration in the form of a variety of Notes, Bonds and Certificates such as those described … that are an obligation of the Federal Reserve System.”
Keenan says that with accrued interest the instruments are now worth more than $1 trillion. He says the family designated him as its principal in an effort to select certain registered and authorized Private Placement Investment Programs (PPPs) for the benefit of unspecified global humanitarian efforts.
In his remarkable complaint, Keenan claims that the U.S. government enormous amounts of money – delivered in gold and other precious metals – from the Dragon Family many years ago, and that the money was placed into the Federal Reserve System for the benefit and underwriting support of the dollar, “which was to become and currently remains the global reserve currency”.
Keenan claims the conspiracy began with the illegal detention of two Japanese citizens, Akihiko Yamaguchi and Mitsuyoshi Watanabe, and the seizure of $134.5 billion in bonds they were holding in Italy, in June 2009.
Yamaguchi can best be described as Keenan’s predecessor in trying to place Dragon Family instruments in legitimate PPPs to advance the group’s humanitarian aims, according to the complaint.
Keenan says he came to know both Yamaguchi and the Dragon Family through the Japanese man’s efforts on the group’s behalf, and that he introduced them to a bank in Cyprus with which they could do business.
Keenan says that in gratitude, Yamaguchi sought and was granted approval to execute a special power of attorney, whereby Keenan would also act on behalf of the Dragon Family to place their assets in PPPs.
It was then, he says, that he took possession of the instruments that are the heart of the lawsuit. For his assistance, Keenan says, he was to receive a profit share amounting to 30 percent of any particular PPP he arranged.
A month after the Japanese men were detained, an man named Leo Zagami, “a self-described 33rd degree Free Mason, who, as of April 2008, had reportedly claimed to be the leader of a breakaway faction of the Knights of Templar and high-level Freemasons centered around the elite of the Masons P2 (propaganda Due) Lodge in Monte Carlo,” arrived on the scene, according to the complaint. Zagami claimed to be a representative of the Vatican Illuminati and other European sect societies and “had been looking to make contact with certain Asian Secret Societies,” the complaint states.
During a meeting in Japan, he says, he told a contact that Yamaguchi and Watanabe had been “set up” and that he had inside information about the seized instruments.
Subsequently, he introduced his contact in Japan to defendant Daniele Dal Bosco, a Vatican banker and associate of the P2 Masonic Lodge, who “would be able to ‘cash the bonds seized by the Italian Treasury Police,'” according to the complaint.
The complaint alleges a complicated history with many moving parts and scores of internationally known and unknown characters, the sum of which is that Keenan claims he was entrusted with billions of dollars in bonds by the Dragon Family.
He claims that soon, he and Dal Bosco were in daily contact via Skype and they arranged to meet in Italy. During these conversations, Dal Bosco represented that he was not only financial advisor to Zagami, but also to the Vatican, Vatican City, Rome, and the treasurer for the P2 Masonic Lodge.
As a result, Keenan said, although he tried keep personal possession of the financial instruments with which he was entrusted, he nevertheless came to trust Dal Bosco, and turned the bonds over to him for “temporary safekeeping and custodianship”.
Dal Bosco absconded with the bonds and sought assistance in selling the instruments “in the global marketplace through stealth, conversion and bribery,” Keenan claims.
He claims that as the conspiracy continued to unfold, various high level officials repeatedly offered him a bribe of $100 million to “release” the instruments without disclosing their theft to the Dragon family, and to allow the instruments to be converted to a so-called UN “Sovereign Program” wholly under the auspices, protection and umbrella of the sovereign immunity enjoyed by the defendants.
Other defendants include UN General Secretary Ban Ki-Moon, Former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi, Giancarlo Bruno, who is identified as head of the banking industry for the World Economic Forum, Italy’s ambassador to the UN Cesare Maria Ragaflini, Ray C. Dam, president of the Office of International Treasury Control, and David A. Sale, the deputy chief of the council for the cabinet of the OITC.
Keenan seeks the return of the stolen instruments, punitive damages and court costs on multiple claims of fraud, breach of contract and violation of international law.

Finland: Viekko Latvala Claims to Have Deciphered Voynich Manuscript

Written in “alien” characters, illustrated with sketches, and dating back hundreds of years, the Voynich Manuscript has puzzled cryptographers, historians and bibliophiles for centuries.
And now the mystery has finally come to an end, according to a businessman from Finland named Viekko Latvala, a self described “prophet of god,” who says he has decoded the book and unlocked the secrets of the world’s most mysterious manuscript.
Latvala’s business associate, Ari Ketola told FoxNews.com the meaning of the crazy characters he described as “sonic waves and vocal syllables.”
“The book is a life work and scientific publication of medicine that would be still useful today,” Ketola said. “The writer was a scientist of plants, pharmacy, astrology and astronomy. It contains … prophesy for some decades and hundreds of years ahead from the time it was created.”
In other words, the Voynich Manuscript — which is currently held by Yale University’s Beincke Rare Book and Manuscript Library in New Haven, Conn. — is an herbological tome, something the writer used to keep track of plants and their uses for either scientific or medical purposes. And a prophecy.
