Texas: What Is It?

It looks ducted. When looking up into it from below, you can see the sky shining through vents from the top. I don’t see how yaw is controlled.

So, that’s not a space ship, despite the yammering voices on the video.

But, what is it?

I suppose it could be model dangling from a balloon or quadcopter.
