Germany Confirms Leaked Audio Of Its Top Generals Discussing Blowing Up The Crimean Bridge

March 3rd, 2024

What’s it going to be? Blame the economic collapse on World War III?

Via: ZeroHedge:

In a huge development and absolute smoking gun revelation, the government of Germany has confirmed the authenticity of a leaked audio recording file published by Russia’s state-backed RT. The leak was first published by RT Editor-in-Chief Margarita Simonyan, who described that she received it from Russian security officials.

It first appeared under the headline “Alleged audio of German officers discussing Crimean Bridge attack leaked” – as it featured top ranking Germany military officials in a private discussion of “a potential German operation to bomb the Crimean Bridge in Russia,” as it was initially described by RT. Russian media is now openly admitting that the call was in fact intercepted by Russia. Moscow is now saying this shows “direct” German involvement in the war.

CCP Demands Destruction of All COVID-19 Data [???]

March 2nd, 2024

I have no idea if this is real or not.

Via: Epoch Times:

Recent revelations from a source with knowledge of the matter suggest that the regime has mandated the nationwide destruction of all COVID-19 data within the healthcare system.

Recently, Mr. Chen (pseudonym) from Changsha, Hunan, disclosed to the Chinese language edition of The Epoch Times that his friend holds a leadership role in a local hospital. “He told me directly: the government is instructing health departments across the country to eradicate all COVID-19-related data, including information on the entire epidemic prevention process and vaccination records. They must obliterate all data without leaving a trace, and computer records must be deleted entirely,” said Mr. Chen.

Mr. Chen said the person said that the directive is nationwide.

Mr. Chen elaborated that the CCP’s demand entails “No data can be spared, neither on paper nor on computers. Records of vaccine administration are to be expunged, as well as records of nucleic acid testing and any embarrassing incidents that occurred during the entire epidemic prevention process.”

Red Sea Conflict Threatens Key Internet Cables

March 2nd, 2024

Via: Wall Street Journal:

Conflict in the Middle East is drawing fresh attention to one of the internet’s deepest vulnerabilities: the Red Sea.

Most internet traffic between Europe and East Asia runs through undersea cables that funnel into the narrow strait at the southern end of the Red Sea. That chokepoint has long posed risks for telecom infrastructure because of its busy ship traffic, which raises the likelihood of an accidental anchor drop striking a cable. Attacks by Iran-backed Houthis in Yemen have made the area more dangerous.

The latest warning sign came Feb. 24, when three submarine internet cables running through the region suddenly dropped service in some of their markets. The cuts weren’t enough to disconnect any country but instantly worsened web service in India, Pakistan and parts of East Africa, said Doug Madory, director of internet analysis at network research firm Kentik.

It wasn’t immediately clear what caused the cutoffs.

Scientists Use AI to Stabilize Nuclear Fusion for the First Time

March 2nd, 2024

Via: Interesting Engineering:

Researchers at Princeton University have developed an AI controller that can predict plasma instabilities in a nuclear fusion reaction and adjust the plasma conditions to suit the ongoing reaction.

The AI processes this real-time data and allows researchers to predict how the plasma will behave under different conditions. With the help of the AI, they can predict any instability 300 milliseconds before it occurs.

Meanwhile, based on the real-time information and their proposed outcomes, they can test various methods that can be used to control and stabilize the plasma by manipulating its conditions.

While 300 ms may sound like no time to a normal person, the study authors claim that this duration would be enough to make any changes to ensure the stability of the reaction.
