The Democratic National Committee has come right out and said in a court of law that they can and will choose whom they want to be their candidate, so I’m hard-pressed to understand the usefulness of running as a Democrat. Of course, RFK could be planning on using an initial run as a Democrat as a springboard for eventually running as an independent.
