U.S. Dollar in Strong Decline

April 10th, 2007

Via: Reuters:

The dollar fell towards last week’s two-year low against the euro on Tuesday, reversing gains sparked by a robust U.S. jobs report, while the yen hit a record trough versus the euro as carry trades flourished.

As European traders returned from the long Easter weekend, they pushed the dollar down across the board, reacting to rising U.S.-China trade tensions and on caution ahead of this weekend’s meeting of Group of Seven finance chiefs.

The U.S. currency also weakened against high-yielding currencies, hitting a 16-year low versus the Australian dollar and two-year troughs against the New Zealand dollar.

I don’t know why I bother trying to understand this anymore. So depressing. Maybe will motivate me to move myself and my gold to Costa Rica and go fishing for something fun while Rome burns.

“A well-oiled machine has been running world affairs into the ground for centuries. At the start of the twentieth century the world’s economy was hijacked. In capitalist and communist countries alike, elitist groups took control of international trade and national banks, with dire results for the ordinary citizen. Ever since, capital has moved toward a single inner circle who monopolize the world’s markets and governments for personal profit.”

Here’s more on the creation of the federal reserve http://www.silverbearcafe.com/private/fiatempire.html
It all started with our fiat currency. Watch this, its only about an hour and 1/2 long.

  3. BG says:

I see, so the problems caused from the Federal Reserve because of a FIAT currency will be fixed by..wait for it…TA DAA The AMERO!! What they won’t tell you is that its still a fiat currency NOT backed by anything other than the printing presses of the Federal Reserve. No Gold, No Silver, No Platinum or anything..OR maybe we could have the AMERO presented by Verizon or Cingular, with its backing being wireless minutes…now thats worth something!!

  4. fallout11 says:

Even the Amero’s replacement, the “Globo”, is already being discussed. One world currency for a globalized one world government.

  5. Bush is the Anti-Christ says:

There is actually an organization dedicated to “educating and persuading” the public to embrace a “Globo”.
