		<description>I don&#039;t know how they are going to regulate all blogs authored by Americans. Would this regulation only apply to blogs hosted by American sites regardless if the person is American or not? What if a foreigner gets money for endorsing American products would that foreign blogger fall under American regulation? How many bureaucrats have to be hired to enforce the new regulations? Well on the plus side this will create more jobs for unemployed Americans.</description>
