HOLY CRAP. I first learned of Catherine when reading "Crossing the Rubicon" (CAFitts wrote the intro). I bought the book by Rupert after reading his talk at the Commonwealth Club. A political astrologer, Eric Frances at Planet Waves posted it on his website. Then I found LATOC, and through that Cryptogon. Catherine and Kevin worked in many ways together to find ways to diversify my Mom's money. SAVED MOM - no nursing home for her, heh, heh. And shazum. Her wish to leave some tidbit of all her years of knowing how to save and invest through her experience in the Depression, well, I don't know where my family would be without Kevin and Catherine. Or for that matter where I'd be sanity wise. The funniest thing I've realized lately is that Catherine (like Kevin) is also a believer in the - well, I'm going to call it the "first contact" phenomenon. Catherine has a link on her website re Forrestal (the Department of Energy Headquarters is named after him). Go there and read the whole post, but well, I think its sad but hilarious that of the thousands of contractors and government employees who work in the Forrestal building, less than .999978 have a clue why the building was named after him. What a hoot. Catherine also referred me to the movie "Phoenix Lights." I feel a huge debt of gratitude to Kevin and Catherine. Free and deep thinkers. I'm a freaking Aquarian fer crying out loud and its been a hard, long search to find people who I can relate to in this world.
